I chose to write about love. It means a lot to me. Love in short words is a strong affection for something. In my words love is when that person is always on your mind. He/she is the one that makes your day worth living. Thinking of them puts a smile on your face,on the most gloomiest day. He/she is your heart pacer. The person that makes your heart beat slower and faster at the same time.

Love is shown in the book by chuy. He fell in love with her at first sight with Crystal. If he was alive he would have done anything to be with her, and thats what love is. I was in love with a girl once. She was the only girl i cared about. I did everything with her. She was the only girl in my life. I could never stop thinking about her. The day she left my life my world crumbled. I miss her more than any girl i've had in my life, and to this day i wish she never left me. I want her back in my life.

Love to some people is a joke. They think that love come and goes everyday but its not it copmes once in about 15 years and to me that girl was my love,and now she is gone. Love is a strong word but im not afraid to us it because thats what i had was love. other people use like or lust but not me I use love.

The definition for friendship is the state of being friends. The example from the "Afterlife" is when chuy's friends had a moment of silence at his school for him. Chuy's principal almost started crying. I desire so to conduct the affairs of the administration that if at the end, when I come to laydown the reins of power, I have lost every other friend on earth, I shall at least have one friend left, and that friend shall be down inside of me. The example of friendship in my life is when my friend nani helped me to the nurse when I was sick and she stayed with me. We were in first period which is PE. Friendship in spanish is amistad. Amistad es importante.

This is what she told me when I skipped school for one day and was punished. It was true, I regretted it, and her definition made perfect sence.
